Layered smoothie bowls are delicious and a great way to get a lot of important nutrients in first thing in the morning.
Chia Pudding
½ cup coconut milk (or your preferred non-dairy milk)
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Smoothie
1 frozen banana
½ cup mixed berries
½ - 1 cup water
1 Tbsp CleanPaleo Native Vanilla protein Powder
¼ cup CleanPaleo Cacao Berry Breakfast Blend
¼ cup frozen or fresh mixed berries
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Make the chia pudding by mixing together all the ingredients and leaving it to set in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.
- Make the smoothie by blending together all the ingredients. Add additional water as needed.
- In a jar or glass, start with a layer of frozen or fresh berries. Add the chia pudding, then the smoothie and lastly top it with the Cacao and Berry Breakfast Blend.
