Banana & Vanilla Protein Pancakes
Paleo protein pancakes anyone? 🙋

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients.
  2. Heat the coconut oil over medium heat in a large pan.
  3. Use a ¼ cup of the mixture per pancake.
  4. Cook for approximately 2-3 minutes each side.
  5. Serve with mixed berries and coconut yoghurt. 

Serves 2
